At today’s hearing, Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked where’s the evidence she killed her three children and that she never actually confessed. Prosecutors say there’s a “voluminous amount of evidence.” The judge made no rulings, and there’s no new trial date. The motion to dismiss will be heard November 2nd. In 1990, the FBI explored a possible connection between convicted killer Joseph Michael Nissensohn and the 1989 murder of a then-unidentified woman near Kingman, Arizona, later identified as Marina Ramos. The biggest development was an apparent dispute involving one juror.
