Not all court houses but a lot of them anyways
And it was the one lone juror who had their phone not any of the other jurors
What? No, he said that all the other jurors had phones AND used them during deliberations. Where did you get this false information?
false
@sherlock7898false no one had phones except him
Michael P. Desronvil was identified by fellow jurors (such as Nick Dargie) as the lone holdout juror who repeatedly scrolled on his phone during deliberations
The only one who is saying everyone had their phones is him obviously cause he knows he’s caught in some shit.. everyone else on the jury was older and definitely wouldn’t be scrolling on their phones on social media he’s a liar and a coward and I pray he gets what he deserves for lying
@molliegreenwald6991 not false
The Majority’s Claim: Other jurors (such as Nick Dargie and foreperson Roni Carlson) stated that Desronvil himself was the one who ignored evidence, refused to engage, and scrolled on his phone during the seven days of deliberations
The one person who is claiming otherwise is the lone juror lmao everyone the men and woman have all stated he was the one who was on the phone during deliberations..
Time to open up a proper investigation.
1. Last sound the baby cam recorded.
2. Internet outage in the area?
3. Internal GPS records from his car.
4. His phone records.
How do you get not sequestering them but not get the phone usage?? They should have been sequestered–which keeps them from using their phones!! What sense does it make to be cool with not sequestering them so they can goggle and look up stuff about the case and talk to friends and family about it DURING the trial but draw the line at phones in deliberation??😂😂😂
I really hope to God that true crime junkies isn’t supporting Lindsay Clancy please for the love of God you guys are not supporting a woman who killed her three kids
really depends on what you mean and if you understand what a not guilty plea in this case means, if you think it means she gets no consequences or didn’t do the crime then you have no ability to comprehend the media you consume
also anyone who kills their 3 children clearly has some mental issue or imbalance, which would mean they were not in their right mind when committing the crime correct? if so then you agree with the not guilty plea
Lawd not yall pandering to maga
Just had to report for jury duty but not selected. They said phones had to be OFF, not silent, not on vibrate, but completely off.
