At today’s hearing, Lindsay Clancy’s defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked where’s the evidence she killed her three children and that she never actually confessed. Prosecutors say there’s a “voluminous amount of evidence.”
The judge made no rulings, and there’s no new trial date. The motion to dismiss will be heard November 2nd.
