From the newest (as of writing this) 19th of December DELTARUNE Winter Newsletter. It included 1 beta track (TV WORLD), 1 piano sketch (Hammer of Justice) and one upcoming track that is supposed to be the CH5’s Shop theme!
Toby’s Commentary: “…I composed the music for “TV World” in 2015. I used the project file for Mettaton’s battle theme as a base. Closer to release, I modified it to add the theme from Hip Shop / Green Room.
Actually, I had started composing a totally different concept for TV World in 2018 that focused more on the motifs from the rest of the Chapter… but my friends’ reaction to it was like “Yeah… sure… it’s good…” so I was like… okay… fine… I’ll go back to the original…
(note: this song is unfinished so don’t take it seriously)”

This one is too happy, TV World fits better for the “we need to get out of here” vibe
Imagine knowing how much you threw in the Zelda sections that you had to scrap a third of the chapter
WELCOME TO TV LAND!!!
WELCOME TO MY TV LAND!!!
1:02 is the best part by far
The initial part gives me Bug Fables The Everlasting Sapling vibes
it reminds me of the end of board score screen
This feels like a credits theme for chapter 3 if the Knight hadn’t showed up and killed Tenna
And now it’s tv world, this song is awesome and suits for tv vibes more
imagine if this played in the credits
If Ch3 was like every other chapter
multiple opportunities to slip in megalovania
Imagine if Chapter 3 ended with this OST. Picture this: you just fought the main antagonist, Undyne got kidnapped by said antagonist, you discover probably the most important place in Deltarune and that Kris is teaming with the villain… and then this music starts. That would’ve been truly a Tricky Tony move
Ah, so this what “kill your darlings” means. Even if you have a part of the story that you think is good (like this really good song) you can’t love it so much that it detracts from the story as a whole or you don’t give yourself time to think of a better song that fits (TV World).
