China Shoe Factory Fire Kills 28 | Eyewitness Video Shows Workers Trapped on Rooftop | #china 0 (0)

Shocking eyewitness video shared on social media shows people trapped on the rooftop of a shoe factory as a massive fire tore through the building in Quanzhou, Fujian province, China. According to Chinese state media, at least 28 people were killed after flames engulfed the multi-storey factory operated by footwear manufacturer Huiteng in nearby Jinjiang. The fire broke out around noon local time while 239 people were inside the factory. Authorities said 213 workers were evacuated, while two later died in hospital.
