Trump Reflecting Pool: Arrested man’s attorney laughs at charges 0 (0)

Three-time US Olympian David Hearn told CNN that police arrested him Friday after he said he touched a flap of blue material partially detached from the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.
