Kalshi Says It’s Not Running a Casino, Responds to NY Attorney General 0 (0)

Robert DeNault, Kalshi’s head of enforcement and legal counsel, responded to a lawsuit brought New York State, saying that he is concerned about overreach coming from Attorney General Letitia James’s office.
