📰 Democrats do have a path to regaining control of the Senate even without unseating Susan Collins in Maine, though it makes their math significantly tighter and heavily reliant on clear sweeps across other highly competitive battlegrounds.

With the Ellison/Paramount takeover, CNN is now a far cry from the institution it once was. It may be bore subtle than Fox News, but it has nonetheless shifted to the right. What does this Mainer take away from the headline “Can Dems take the Senate even without Maine?”? – that CNN 1) doesn’t have a clue about the state of current Maine politics and/or 2) CNN is now an active participant with its finger on the scale to influence Maine voters with the goal of keeping Susan Collins in office.

The Ellison family is close to Trump. I really try not to be a cynic, but seeing the growing number of Trump apologists as pundits on the CNN platform is disappointing and appears to be more than coincidence. Integrity matters.

Carlin was right. It is a big club and the rest of us aren’t in it.

Platner will win in Maine and you in the corporate media know that!
That is only the beginning cause there will be more Platners all over the country.

If the “weak” democrats take the Senate they better bring a biblical wrath on all the corruption or they will be just as guilty as the coward Republicans for not stopping Trump. These ice detention centers are just shoveling money to the people that gave his campaign money and they aren’t even trying to hide it. They’re just trying to funnel more money to them.

Maybe they should support the candidate they have leading in Maine instead of backstabbing to help the Republicans?
