Robert DeNault, Kalshi’s head of enforcement and legal counsel, responded to a lawsuit brought New York State, saying that he is concerned about overreach coming from Attorney General Letitia James’s office. DeNault defended Kalshi’s operations saying that his company is platforming open marketplaces, not functioning as a casino or a sportsbook.

Its not a casino but it is a gamble and very easy to fix outcomes and multiple examples exist of people fixing outcomes like for example the bet on Maduro getting captured on the exact day it happened for 400k when the solider that participated in the capture made the bet 😂😂😂
There was an instance that the BET was how long would the Star Spangled Banner last, I think for the super bowl, and the dude waited outside of the stadium and listen to the rehearsals, timed how long it was to get the answer, and placed his bet
Lol according to Kalshi, poker is not gambling cause “there is no house” 😂
Prediction = gambling (as simple as that)
