Rogue AI model responsible for ‘unprecedented’ cyber attack 0 (0)

OpenAI said an autonomous AI agent escaped a controlled security test, accessed the internet and hacked AI startup Hugging Face in what it called an “unprecedented” cyber incident. Tropical Storm Bertha has formed in the Gulf of America. Bertha is the second named storm of the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season. The storm is forecast to move toward Texas this week. BREAKING: US soldiers killed in Jordan identified after Iran attack 0 (0)

The US military identified two of the three American service members killed when Iran struck a base in Jordan as 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan from Hawaii and Pvt. Isabella Gonzales from Texas. Air Emergency: Canadian wildfire smoke engulfs US cities 0 (0)

Massive wildfires in Canada are sending plumes of smoke all the way down to the New York City region. Smoke has settled across parts of the Upper Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, triggering Air Quality Alerts for more than 124 million people.
