Dangerous police chase: Suspects hit 105+ mph before bailing on foot in Los Angeles 0 (0)

Three robbery suspects were arrested in downtown Los Angeles on Friday after leading authorities on a dangerous, high-speed police chase. The suspects, who were reportedly driving a white Jeep at speeds exceeding 105 mph, abandoned the vehicle before fleeing on foot. All three were taken into custody. Authorities have not released additional details about the investigation. Protest disrupts fatal police shooting press conference 0 (0)

On Thursday, the Madison police chief held a press conference to provide an update on the fatal police shooting of a man the previous day. Corey Ruiz, was shot and killed by a police officer on a city street Wednesday. A bystander captured video of the moments leading up to and including the shooting, then later posted the footage online. As the police chief began addressing the media, protesters interrupted the press conference shortly after his opening remarks.
