The Prosecution shouldn’t have tried 1st Degree Premeditated Murder as their Top Charge with the Death Penalty & focused on it too much.. The Anthony jury had 3 Lesser charges they could have found Casey Guilty of..
Less & less had to be proven for a conviction on each of the 3 Lessers but the Prosecution was too overconfident on their top charge.. If the Jury believed Caylee drowned that’s Aggravated Manslaughter which was the last charge. With time served might have freed Casey or only a few more year’s in prison either way Caylee would have received some justice.. 😢..

If I had a psychotic moment wherein I killed all of my kids – I sure would kill myself in a way that was unsurveable – no way would I be in a courtroom trying to get a light sentence. Nope and no way would I have any desire to be alive for godsakes knowing my precious children come at them with murder in her eyes.
And we need to seriously look at activist jurors now. Wow. This is a strange society and time we live in.

Lindsay has pleaded guilty from day one!!! I don’t think she should be jailed we all know what she has done to her 3 children she has to live with this for the rest of her life, she is not a well women and her pure innocent children had suffered Because of this, she does not want to live she wants to be with her children and she will succeed to be with them one day. Yes we do live in a crazy Evil world and the poor children have to suffered😢💯

The judge has offered to allow Lindsey the option of immigrating to israel 🇮🇱, joining the IDF in lieu of the almost certain verdict. The judge said she could put her talents to use for the greater good of Zion.
