The Lindsay Clancy murder trial has entered the verdict watch phase. Jurors have not reached a verdict in the Clancy trial. If Clancy is convicted she could face life in prison. If she is found not guilty, she may be released or remain in a mental health facility.

She was just depressed enough to STRANGLE 3 children to death but not quite depressed enough to cut herself deep enough to do any damage. I heard Rex Heuermann was very sad when he murdered… i mean manslaughtered those 8 women and Bryan Kohberger had just lost his pet goldfish and was just having a lil moment of grief when he… manslaughtered his 4, they shoulda just let them go.

Put the facts in a computer and let the computer decide. The system will not depend on feelings and sympathy, like she had none for the poor little children.

She better not get not guilty. She killed babies. I had severe postpartum depression the only people i thought of hurting was myself. Im sick of hearing how anyone with any kind of mental illnesses that its ok to kill. Oh its fine they have a mental. Illness. MURDER IS MURDER. I pray she gets convicted and gets the death penalty i. Pray they put her to death as soon as she gets convicted

Murder is murder. There are consequences.
If someone tells you they are suicidal and/or unstable and you don’t report it, you should be liable if they end up hurting themselves or others. Why is this man happily remarried and taking zero responsibility for letting her down this bad?! She should have been under close medical observation. If he wanted to protect his family he should have never allowed her to be alone with them. So many scenarios could have unfolded and he should know better than to leave her alone when she is going through mental delusions.

On the evidence….3 psychiatrists testified that she was in her right state of mind.They test the med in her system…was low …we all would think what women would do this and let me tell you ….children get out of control if there is no discipline…She couldn’t handle the children and the main factor is she made that decision over their lives. She couldn’t take it anymore and wanted out .
What a tragedy, after so many demonstrated-sick mothers killed their kids here, the US still doesn’t want to accept that no civilized country in the world provides mother with such a short maternity leave as the US. In EU, the cumulated leave granted mothers around birth (i.e., maternity leave + the leave to raise the baby) reaches between 1 and 2 years! For the politicians and the voters who do not care much about the mothers’ welfare: think about the fact that these babies will sustain (or not) the society you’ll live in tomorrow…
The verdict is very relevant for this family, but not so relevant for society/families in the future, the grand scheme of things. Two aspects matter way more; the amount of maternity leave mothers have, and the quality and price of the medical care in the US. How many more families do you want to go through this unbearable tragedy in the future?
