Chef Dani Hänninen knows how to do Helsinki properly: start by foraging wild ingredients, get out on the water, cook up some of Finland’s best produce, and then see where the night takes you.
After lunch, things escalate fast. Danny rounds up some of Helsinki’s best chefs and restaurant friends for sauna and a plunge into the freezing sea, champagne, natural wine, burgers, cocktails and, eventually, a lot of karaoke. Then more karaoke.
