Dr. Tomasz Kosowski is set to stand trial beginning September 14 in the disappearance and alleged killing of Largo attorney Steven Cozzi, whose body has never been found. Police say surveillance captured a man believed to be Kosowski entering Cozzi’s law office with a backpack, gloves and a large box before leaving hours later with a cart. Investigators later allegedly found Cozzi’s blood in the office and his DNA in Kosowski’s truck. Now, Kosowski is representing himself and has waived a jury trial, leaving Judge Joseph Bulone to decide his fate. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty if he is convicted.

Thoughts and love to Steven’s family and friends. Disgusting he’s in landfill- it’s pure evil. Nowadays doesn’t matter what degree/job some ppl have – see more and more of these psychos.
Consider: If he committed this crime, he is reliving the experience in the trial process.
Watch his body language during his cross examination when asking “you can’t do the math…?” (approx 5 hr 57 min in) and how he has to cover his mouth during the physician’s testimony at the end.
During testimony on prior days, he was biting his nails & rubbing his lips.
Is the nail biting during trial subconscious, or is he trying to normalize the appearance that he bites/sucks his nails and touches his mouth similarly to when he was handcuffed?
If guilty, could he be savoring the taste of whatever evidence he allegedly was sucking off of his fingers on camera – before the body warrant was executed?
The evidence presented by the prosecution is compelling.
The cross-examinations by the defendant and his body language, word choice, and facial expressions add to the picture.
Innocent until proven guilty…so far, it’s hard to imagine a “not guilty” verdict after the facts are presented.
Would they not be able to pull footage from the Corolla’s reverse camera?
