Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn is set to face trial in Ohio over the alleged murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn. Flynn has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and witness intimidation after Ashley was found shot to death inside their Tipp City home in February. Prosecutors allege Flynn staged the scene to look like a home invasion and initially told police an intruder had shot his wife.

With all the cameras on houses, flock cameras, etc who can get away with such thing today. The Nancy Guthrie case puzzles me. Most cities have at least 15. They lived in a safe area and maybe there weren’t any in this particular neighborhood. But almost everyone has cameras these days. He must not be thinking clearly. Way to much evidence in just his phone records.
