Efrain Medina, 47, pleaded guilty to manslaughter and weapons charges in the death of 36-year-old Natalie Ramstrom, who was found in Medina’s home after she was shot in the head and left covered in garbage bags. The plea brought closure to a case that dragged on for years after Medina stood three trial times, each time ending in a mistrial. Judge Jeffrey Collins referred to Medina a “killer and a coward” at sentencing.

Prior to the killing, Natalie Ramstrom had confided in a friend that Medina had previously choked her, slapped her, and thrown her down the stairs. This judge was all mouth but no action. To me he was lackluster and did not apply the true justice that he could had apply for the victim and her family members. He threatened to retry the case? BS. The murderer even tried to rewrite history by passing that he turned himself in, which was a big fat lie, and the judge didn’t do nothing about it. I’m extremely disappointed (and frankly mad) with this plea deal and with the performance of this judge and the stupid sentence. Shame on this judge for going along with it!
He doesn’t look remorseful, he likes oks pissed at the judge, for talking to him truthfully.

Looks like he was smiling. I wouldn’t have shed one tear in his presence. He feeds on it and despair. Pay attention to his response when her daughter said, she was the sweetess and when she leaves the podium. Sick.
