GameCross, I would like people to think for a moment… Sony is getting rid of Physical copies of games in 2028, but this old man would like the young gamers to think, go out and buy Physical copies of games and don’t open them, leave them sealed and one day in the future, collectors will pay top dollar for the game, getting rid of Physical copies of games will be a money maker for those who sale them to collectors!!!….
Any specific recommendations? I was thinking of doing this anyway but trying to figure out which game(s) is best to hold onto
@Elote20 look at what games are popular at the moment..you have to remember, collectors will be the ones who enjoyed a game or never got to play the game and want to…future gamers are the target consumer, so to speak…

Thanks for the info, but you are making a lot of physical disc sales recently, but don’t forget that over 78 to 85% of all game purchases are digital.
That’s largely because of Indie games. They don’t have the resources to release physically. Larger titles still do well with physical sales. Remember, there are lies, damned lies, and statistics.
Funny, according to PlayStation most people payed full price and didn’t get a CD 💿. Good price with a cd 💿!
Some of these should be $10 less than advertised. In the ps4 era these would definitely be priced correctly
Thanks for the physical deals video cross, F sony and their digital bs. They make most of their games and dlc digital only(as well as live service upgrades and dlc)and then say most people buy digital smh, padding the wallet is all that is(like if you own horizon 2 on disc and bought it day one deluxe like I did, the only way to get burning shores is digital so it)just a bunch of crap and forced dynamic sales. F SONY! and ps6 they are screwing everyone that has ever bought physical media over the years with no backwards compatibility 👎 this is a much larger issue than people know. Only new gamers/casuals don’t care cuz all their library might be digital only and they don’t collect or own anything(as is today’s standard…renting and never owning)NO DISC=NO BUY! 🔥 Not even giving us loyal fans the dignity of a response.
You can see how much cheaper some of the 1st party games are on disc versus digital. Demons Souls is way more expensive at the ps store, it does go on sale but you have to wait for it.

I gave up on Death Stranding 1. That game was so tedious and difficult. I spent a good 8 to 10 hours on it
