Welcome to La Paz, a beautiful city in Mexico’s Baja California Sur. Our host is the legendary Lalo Pino, who grew up in La Paz is leading us on a day full of eating, drinking, and sailing.
Lalo begins with tacos for breakfast at Anzuelo where he’s gifted some Baja wines from Salud Wine Shop. Next, Lalo brings the bottles out to sea and cooks up a few bites on the Matangi sailboat full of oysters and guacamole and turquoise waters.
After a day at sea, it’s time for some rooftop sunset drinks and snacks, and in La Paz, there’s no better place for that than Azotea. After that, it’s time for an epic open-fire dinner at Quemadero, and then some local beer at Bermejo, Lalo’s favorite taproom in town.
Finally, after a quick pitstop for a road beer with the local legend El Killiki, Lalo heads to his own cantina Patio Dominguez to cook up some late night specialties before ending the night dancing salsa.

La Paz. My favorite vacation spot. Beaches that are an hour away( road is a little rough to drive fast), but with crystal clear water and not crowded. No beach clubs and no hotels. Food is amazing. A true gem. Greed is getting to the gov. As always and they’re trying to build a luxury resort in an area called El Saltito. Beutiful virgin beaches with so much wild life all at risk.
Appreciate this man’s attention paid to the daydrink. He also just showed us what my ideal day would probably be.

Not to take anything away from the Chef’s in this video but I’m pretty sure that’s not the best food in La Paz, this guy is most likely a Daddy’s Boy and the restaurant owner’s are his friends
Not what you think 💭. La Paz is a beautiful city that no matter where you go you will have the best sea food at any spot you choose! There is no place like that city in the world! But yes there is a lot of rich people, the food and drinks flow for everyone 🎉😅. Saludos from LA Califas 🙏
