Bryan Roof heads to the Georgia coast to cook alongside Chef Matthew Raiford at his historic family estate, Gilliard Farms, in Brunswick, Georgia. Raiford’s take on seafood paella is delicious proof of the lasting influence of Spanish and Portuguese flavors on coastal Georgia cuisine. Bryan returns to the test kitchen make his own version of coastal Georgia paella with Toni Tipton-Martin, and makes his own vibrant and flavorful shrimp-based stock.

I have been thinking of putting in a saffron crop out here in New Mexico. I think it would go great with the turmeric. If I end up with a good crop I will send some to his farm
