We used to call these walking tacos. They’re delicious π I got my first one at a festival once .
It cracks me up how much effort they have to put into not showing the mysterious brand of corn chip used for the Fritoβ’ Pie recipe .
We have made something similar for years. The recipe is called Taco Joe. It is taco meat with tomato sauce instead of water added so it is thicker and served over corn chips with whatever toppings you like. I’ve always had it on a plate. The chip bags look like fun!
