The Supreme courts today,.,do not follow past decisions .creating different rulings..
    Are they still independent thinking…

Why are democrats failing to talk about the dangers of the Federalist Society. Every member needs to be removed from the Judiciary. Unfortunately it was democrats that helped establish this problem. They need to fix it. It needs to be the first thing they do.

The government is pouring tons of money into a mostly imaginary problem.
There are years of data showing that illegal voting is rare.
Even past studies produced by the arch-conservative Heritage Foundation, the creators of Project 2025, had shown that illegal voting is rare.
Now, the Heritage Foundation has jumped on the Trump bandwagon of hysteria over voter fraud.
But why—especially in the current climate—would someone illegally in the US and trying to eek out a living take the risk to VOTE illegally?
The benefits are virtually nonexistent for them, while the penalties would be life-changing.
That flies in the face of common sense—the “common sense” that MAGA claims to have in abundance.
