I am NOT making excuses for her, but bartenders and wait staff should feel comfortable denying service to a person. A person can not be expected to use good judgment when they are scientifically unable to do so.

Hearing the daughter ask why this has to happen to her like it was something thrust at her and her father’s pathetic response was all I needed to know about this family
There’s never an awkward silent moment when she’s around.
Struggling with anxiety and depression does not excuse drunk driving.
Satisfying to know now that she got 25 yrs. At 47:17 ish she whines saying she doesn’t want to get locked away for “15 years or something…” But this selfish B**** got 25 instead. I hope Samantha Miller can rest in peace and hope her husband and family is coping as best they can, 3 yrs later.
