Dr. Gerhardt Konig, an anesthesiologist from Maui, is accused of attempting to kill his wife while the two were on a hike in Honolulu. According to investigators, Dr. Konig allegedly pushed his wife toward a cliff, tried to inject her with a syringe, and struck her repeatedly with a lava rock. Konig pleaded not guilty and faces a charge of attempted second-degree murder. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

correct verdict, his word against hers no one saw the start of fight, the sons testimony unreliable as he’s probably been groomed by a bitter ex wife to hate his dad.(not that the son was lying anyway but he didn’t actually say anything that could prove the dad tried to kill her) anyway moral of story don’t cheat and don’t stay with partners who cheat or dont stay with someone who thinks you’re a cheat.

I would appeal this verdict & recuse this judge who has no balls, he allowed the defenses attorney to run that court room, he’s very unhinged & should have been called out on his asked & answered 100’s X over & by himself, he’s arrogant & his actions are comparable to his defendant, I saw some similarities there, no comparison to the professionalism Aris attorney had.
