On Wednesday, as the jury was deliberating in the case against Kianna Davis, the judge addressed a few notes that were given to her about their deliberations. One of the notes stated that there is a “juror combative to the room who is not up for discussion and will not change her mind in a million years,” and another note after that claimed the foreperson was harassing her for her vote. When the jury returns on Friday, they will resume deliberations, and alternate jurors will also be available. Davis is accused of beating and killing her 2-year-old son in November 2020.

Just put her in a dark unlocked cell and let the other prisoners know what she did. Nature will take it’s course!

This is a frightening situation. As a citizen, it is a duty to serve Jury Duty. To do so in a biased & prejudiced way, prior to the case evidence fully uncovered, should immediately be held in contempt and made an example for every single person watching, and not watching.
Gee, what a surprise. The fatigue is real.
