The argument between Kap and that fan is exactly why I was happy to leave this franchise for Philadelphia. You know who’s really at fault? It’s Tom Ricketts. He resigned his front office in the offseason because he wants yes men. Apparently incompetent yes men. And the manager’s incompetency at being a leader is an extension of that. They don’t want a manager with fire that has any chance of calling out the organization for their mistakes.
