Spain had extra day rest/more time to prepare. Argentina went from tactical mastery in the semis to tactical dizaster. That red card didn’t help either, what was Enzo thinking doing that in the last minute before extra time? That would only make sense if he did that in the last minute of the game but it was careless and selfish. At that point I think we all knew what was going to happen

Everyone had time to judge Argentina in the whole world cup but Spains dirty secret was never spoken bcz the world cup was ended.
I have a theory about the World Cup final and the lead up to Argentina being in it. I think Infantino and the Argentina Football Association’s owner Chiqui Tapia talked to Scaloni and his team about the FBI investigating them for corruption on money laundering, wire transfers, tax evasion and fraud charges. So that’s why the team and staff were told they are on their own to fend off in the finals and will not help them out like they did the whole tournament including the 2022 World Cup tournament. They got caught red-handed.
Argentina have successfully “normalised” their cheating, it’s allowed and even rewarded!
