We are watching as Secretary of State Marco Rubio speaks to reporters ahead of his trip to Manila. Sec. Rubio spoke before departing from Joint Base Andrews. He plans to attend the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in the Philippines set to take place this week. Rubio spoke about a number of topics and was questioned about the ongoing conflict that is being seen in the Middle East.
