A deserted lighthouse overlooking the crashing ocean is transformed into an ultra-modern glass penthouse. The video begins with a breathtaking final reveal — a circular panoramic glass bedroom glowing warmly above the sea. Then the full A–Z transformation begins. Workers remove debris, strip peeling paint, repair cracked concrete, reinforce the interior structure, and rebuild the damaged spiral staircase. Rusted railings are replaced, insulation is installed, and the upper lighthouse walls are carefully removed to make way for 360° tempered panoramic glass panels.
