A deserted lighthouse overlooking the crashing ocean is transformed into an ultra-modern glass penthouse.

The video begins with a breathtaking final reveal — a circular panoramic glass bedroom glowing warmly above the sea. Then the full A–Z transformation begins.

Workers remove debris, strip peeling paint, repair cracked concrete, reinforce the interior structure, and rebuild the damaged spiral staircase. Rusted railings are replaced, insulation is installed, and the upper lighthouse walls are carefully removed to make way for 360° tempered panoramic glass panels.

The signature pearl-white epoxy floor is poured and blended with subtle ocean-blue flowing veins, polished to a mirror-gloss finish. Soft perimeter LED lighting enhances the wave-like effect beneath the circular platform bed. Matte black steel staircase details contrast beautifully with warm golden interior lighting.
