Anyone that has faced these certain conditions as an employee/owner maybe could do storytimes if comfortable. Though I don’t think I could do it I do like hearing these about these types of jobs. I would assume it experience, knowledge, a great team and strength!
No way, no how, not in a million years, for any amount of money!
Can the port be closed due to possibility of loss of life if the ships leave?
Every time I can afford it and you got crab legs on sale I think about you boys each time I take a bite. Thank you😊❤
I was 1st mate on a 120’ shrimp trawler during Hurricane Hugo. We were sailing out of Mclellansville SC just south of Georgetown. Rode the storm out at sea. Captain told me to put my drivers license in a ziplock bag and put it inside my survival suit. I asked why, he said so authorities can identify your body. Worst night of my life. One of the reasons I don’t commercial fish anymore!!
A lot of people in these comments that have no bills, no families and very sheltered lives.
