Wait what?? I’m confused, concurrent is the best thing to hear when your sentenced. Consecutive is what you have to worry about so I guess I’m just confused as to why there’s such an outburst. Our justice system is so screwed up, so many people who are innocent or their in prison for many many years for crimes that someone else did and you were just at the wrong place at the wrong time and the person who is actually guilty gets a slap on the wrist. The justice system is just so flawed. When will we be able to legally defend ourselves. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s human nature for our fight or flight response to kick in when someone is hurting you, how is that ok to lock someone up in basically a cage because we’re trying to save our own lives.
