Has the judge who recused himself and stepped down from the case, been investigated 🤷♀️ could he have something to do with this, and it’s the reason he couldn’t sit on the case (guilt) Has anyone even thought about that 🤷♀️I think it needs to be investigated further by outside authorities and investigators
The ADL??? Seriously, Court TV?!? The ADL, like the SPLC, considers anyone who doesn’t have their specific point of view as “extremists”. They consider patriotic Americans as “extremists”. If you think the Constitution is a great document, the ADL considers you as an “extremist”. Believe in free speech (which is obviously the 1st Amendment)? 2nd Amendment supporter? Yep, the ADL considers you an “eXtReMiSt”. Believe in biology which proves there are only 2 genders? “eXtReMiSt”. Don’t think men should be allowed to compete in women’s sports? You guessed it, “eXtReMiSt”. It goes on and on with the ADL and SPLC. It’s absolutely unbelievable that Court TV would use them as a “credible” source. They are insanely left wing to the point of totalitarian. It actually causes me to not take Court TV seriously.
Her cell phone WAS NOT dead when the initial search began not ended. The last time that cell phone was on was around midnight after the initial search started.
The unspent round DID NOT match his gun. The same markings couldn’t be replicated with just cycling. They got “similar enough” marking once they actually shot the bullet through the gun, which 100% unscientific.
The guy on the bridge looks taller than 5 foot five, which is how tall Richard Allen is
I don’t really have an opinion on Allans guilt or innocence but this case just doesn’t feel right. I don’t believe in the tool mark science of the unspent round,I don’t put any weight behind his statements while incarcerated, I don’t understand how the psychologist was allowed to break confidentiality but that video does look and sound like him. Glad I wasn’t on that jury

Fast forward two years as we know, they framed innocently once again the police failed to solve a murder and crumble to the pressure so they did what every other Police department does in that situation. Frame anybody they can. Don’t allow any evidence into court that doesn’t fit their narrative. Just like they try to do to Karen Reid
