In an emotional, and musically rich interview, Alex talks about Eddie’s life and death and the communication he feels he still has with him. lost my little brother a few years ago. us two were tight in a family of 6..
and Alex was correct in billy bobs assertion on grief. you will never get over it
how you deal with it is a very personal thing.
thay being said VH..
was a big part of
my life. one of the reasons my brother and I became a musician
Alex I really can’t put into words the joy and inspiration you and your brother the greatest guitarist brought in to my life. 🙏
The Covid scam ruined a lot of lives!
My dad said he could smell my mom when he was randomly walking from time to time
If Alex died, Eddie would have kept going. Celebrate your brother by keeping the Van Halen music going.
im not so sure about that? they both kinda seemed like they were at peace with slowin it down….miss him dearly
I still can’t believe it.
Can’t believe Eddie never met the Lord, but nobody preached the gospel to him his brother talk man. He doesn’t have any faith in any God they must be atheist.
Great brothers!
I’m the greatest guitarist in the world. How can I die? Because you’re human. Flesh and blood. God & Father time has the final say.
My brother and I can’t stand each other. No idea how I’ll feel when he goes.
Van Halen was one of the best bands ever! Thank you for all the Rock each and every one of you made a difference.
RIP Eddie VanHalen we miss ya!

Seeing and hearing Alex talk about his and his brother’s relationship was touching. How lucky they were to have each other. And to have musical talent by way of their dad.
