Questions continue to swirl over Mitch McConnell’s health status. The Republican senator has remained in the hospital for more than three weeks after being admitted for undisclosed health issues.
The Senate’s top two GOP senators, Sen. John Thune and Sen. John Barrasso have spoken individually to McConnell, according to aides.
McConnell was admitted to the hospital on June 14.

I so hope these senators lying about Mc Connell being ok, talking and recovering, all get done for treason, his vote is critical to the well being of America and its citizens, so lying interference is nothing short of treason
agreed! All it would take is a 30 second cell phone recording in his hospital room by a member of his family, of him talking and saying he’s recovering and doing fine and thank everyone for their support.
But……nothing.
If a ‘regular’ worker in a company misses significant amounts of time for health issues, the company continues just fine, others can take up his work and nothing changes for the company at all.
But if someone in Congress misses time at work, there is no one or nothing that can make up for them. No one can vote for them. Their constituents are being denied the representation they voted for.
It is their responsibility and duty, to abide by the oath of office they took, to do their job to the best of their ability and preserve, protect and defend The Constitution of the United States. If they cannot do that, they must tell their constituents, not hide away in secret, while continuing to get their paychecks.
