It’s kind of shocking to me they’d do this to someone so young. She had reasons to be depressed. I’ve dealt with severe depression all my life and I’ve considered this, but it’s scary. She was brave to do it. There can also be memory problems afterwards and memory loss. I can’t help but feel She just really needed someone who understood her. She obviously had trauma surrounding her dad and I can’t imagine how her life changed after he passed. She was so young. I got much better when i met my husband and he helped heal my traumas and I had a lot, but he’s very intelligent and very kind and was OK with my mental health. He saw beyond it.
I suffer treatment resistant depression I’ve asked for ECT and been denied I’ll probably have to delete myself.
