As Lindsay Clancy returns to court following her recent mistrial over the killings of her three children, questions remain as to whether she should be criminally charged once again. Many believe that Clancy shouldn’t face murder charges at all because of her mental state. Legal analyst and ‘Crime Stories’ host Nancy Grace joins Billy Hallowell on The Dialogue to discuss her thoughts on the Clancy case. Hallowell shares several clips from Clancy’s trial along with reaction clips to Grace, who doesn’t hold back on her thoughts about how the case should be handled.

The claims discussed are those made in the debate and do not represent the views of The Washington Times.

Why would the fore-woman say “with heavy heart” we have to say that we do not have a unanimous verdict – blah blah blah. Why did the fore-woman think that the LC was the non-guilty. LC had killed 3 kids. They did not even know that they should not give the juror # who did not agree. Bunch of nincompoops. They think giving interviews means they are some celebrities. I sometimes think Mr. Red hired those nincompoops. They had a crush on him!!
Let’s hope the next set of jury is good. People who do the task right and not think of solving “world hunger”. Their task was to connect the evidences to the crime. These activists in the jury, look at the way they talked to the media. Pathetic!!
Commonwealth should have all age groups, not just senior citizens in the jury.

Great discussion with Nancy and Billy. Thanks so much Billy. I never knew that Nancy had such a difficult childbirth. She is an amazing and exceptional person and mother. Her family is so blessed to have her. I agree with everything she said. Excellent show.

NANCY UR WRONG – LYNSAY WAS PHYSICALLY INCAPABLE OF SPEAKING TO HER HUSBAND OUTSIDE OR INSIDE DUE TO THROAT DAMAGE, THATS BEEN PROVEN ALREADY. ALSO IT WAS NOT A HALF HEARTED SUICIDE ATTEMPT, EVIDENCE PROVED SHE TRIED TWICE, ONCE BY HANGING HERSELF & SECOND TIME SHES ENDED UP CRIPPLED PERMANENTLY. THERE IS ZERO EVIDENCE SHE PLANNED IT. NANCY UR MISSING VITAL EVIDENCE OUT. STOP IT.

Nancy what about the timelines that don’t add up? What about the experts who say she could not have been able to speak at a body temp of 82 degrees with all her injuries and that it would have taken longer for her to get to that temp. PC was the only person who claims she spoke. Why didn’t the police suspect him as a possible perp? And why did they take everything he said as Gospel? NOT STANDARD LE PRACTICE. Why are there so many extra minutes with PC’s travels? Why does his friend look so similar to him? Why does his new wife look so similar to LC? Isn’t that strange? He was the one having an affair, giving him motive and the perfect scapegoat with LC’s postpartum. Why didn’t police do their job properly? Collect all the evidence for testing? So much was left behind. What did LC find out at the Dr’s office about Cora’s recurrent health issue? Why did PC say his son was eating when he left but his stomach was empty when examined? Why is PC’s DNA all over the murder weapons? Why was the baby able to be revived? That timeline doesn’t add up either. It seems there are two different sides here and from what I can see, MSM such as yourself have there own agenda, as usual. Independents are doing a much better job . Lindsay pleaded NOT GUILTY to all counts and that video has been wiped from the internet, why? Her body was SOAKING WET like she was hosed down. Why? To quicken hypothermia? The hose was right there. Nancy are you telling me you believe LC strangled her 3 kids, she took drugs, took a knife to herself, threw herself out a window and then hosed herself down in such a short time frame? A smart sixth grader could figure this out. I believe you are COMPROMISED. And there is way more going on here with this case.

Man I think I lost a lot of respect for him when he said “No” to the judge! 👀 I think all the fame for him has gone to his head. These stories are ridiculous. At the end of the day, there are 3 dead babies! Dad was on camera when the deaths occurred. They know the time of death. Reddington is making this a circus. We just need justice!
