CIA definitely has some corrupt leaders and officers, but this is likely what most of them are like. Thank you for this depiction.

What’s the silver lining of this episode? The fact that she destroyed a piece of paper with a number on it while they had her purse with a boatload on intel in it? Essentially she was a failed agent. I’m surprised she agreed to do this.
The secret agents of other countries have the same feeling, they are protecting their people from Uncle Sam, who killed hundreds of millions all over the world through out its history overtly and covertly.
she said something about learning French, and the Mid East. So I’m thinking it was either Algeria or Lebanon. Probably the former. Even though it’s not technically Mid East.
Bet you anything this is the woman who worked with the other women in Alex Station hunting bin laden. Jessica Chastain played her in Zero Dark Thirty. Has to be.
Homeland was my top 5 favorite shows of all time. I am surprised these agents are OK with being public in fear of safety, even years later.
Sounds like she was operating in Amman Jordan at the time.
