The defence is grabbing at straws. His interviewing the psyciatrist about the reliability of truth in a personality test was completely wrong. Some people dont lie but may not be objective enough, or too detatched or deluded to reliably answer questions about themselves. In fact most psych tests contain a reliability component. Hes an idiot. Lindsey already was saying she has thoughts of harming the kids and suicidal ideations. She simply acted on her impulse. She knew she had these feelings already. The loud mans voice she only.mentioned after seeing her defence team, a week later. And i dont think a one off voice would make any mother comply to their demands. It would have to be over and over surely. If a random man came in and told you to kill your kids so you have the freedom to commit suicide, its unlikely you do it. She had mental illness but not psychosis. Anyway, at the end of the day, she became a deadly threat to her victims. And the only way to know if its not some postnatel psychosis, is ti wait 10 years and see if she doesnt do it again. Rhere is such a fine line and this case is nuts because no one can prove either way except she already felt lile harming the kids, not saving them from a demon.
