I understand the low hits the defense lawyers do, if I ever need to be defended I want them low hitters… Yet you have a child killer by her own admission and then now you have everything going back and using flimsy arguments. You have a lawyer who doxed a jury member. I didn’t know that he was a man until he said that guy was a man
How big were the bodies and how does that affect the thermal degrading? He went out to get dinner and do things. He came home to his kids dead. If it was me i would be on trial, but they are using adult human stuff for for 3 kids who don’t have as much heat to lose through as much mass as a grown adult has

Why the defence did not doubt the fact that Lindsay killed during the trial, why only now? What the defence is saying now is totally logical and evident that there is no proof and proper investigation that she actually killed her children. Why they even had started the trial, if there were so many unexplained facts, timeline, no bloody footprints, etc???? All these questions I was asking myself during the trial, and apparently the defence started to speak up only now. Why???
@olenastefanyshyn1581 Because it’s not their job to do so. You don’t expect the defense to alert the prosecution that their case is shitty. The prosecution should’ve filled those loopholes themselves.
I cant with that lady defending, there isnt sufficient evidence and the jury knew! They didnt investigate enough! So yeah Lindsay is innocent i dont think she killed her babies she could be having a hard time but killing them isnt a thing she was able to do, she loved them. And Patrick that men didnt show any love for those kids you can see in the last video of them together at a museum come on. If a father is that careless in a public place come on!
I hope justice is served. There is NO valid excuse for killing your children period. And how convenient that she survived and she is an experienced nurse with extensive training. Even if she gets away with it, we all have to pay for our sins in the end. And claiming to be an atheist will not save you.

Did she get any treatment for her mental illness or postpartum problems? Those medical providers should be involved in the investigation & trial of this case.

never thought i would say this but i agree with you people on here. if she was having mental problems give the kids to a family who would love them or a family member so she could get her mind straight. but do not do not kill the kids not 1 not 2 but 3 babies.
