After jury selection finished on Thursday afternoon, the court heard several motions which have been brought by Patrick Clancy, the ex-husband of Lindsay Clancy and the father of her three victims. His lawyer asked the judge to limit specific evidence in the case and not allow it to be shown to anyone in court other than the jury. This would include Patrick’s 911 call, photos of the three kids in the case (prior photos, scene images, video recordings, and autopsy photos), the clothing being worn by the 3 victim, and material from Patrick that his lawyer gave the court to be marked as an exhibit that can’t be seen. The judge expects to make a ruling on this Friday morning.

Jury needs to see everything
Unless you are or have been on any one of the multiple medications she was on, you have no voice here. These SSRI’s are scary and they are not monitored by doctors. These doctors need to be held accountable. This will be a LANDMARK case for big pharma and Doctors need to be held accountable and need to be called out.
Amen. Drugs can 100% cause this tragedy. Could have been prevented if these medical professionals knew about akathesia. Why don’t they know about this common adverse drug reaction. She had a toxic reaction and they just changed the medication and increased the dose. Absolutely criminal. More tragic than words can describe.

This is a real father not wanting anyone seeing his babies before or in autopsy i believe this is a fair ask hes trying to obtain and dignity those babys have left .
The husband is helping his ex and that means absolutely no justice for the victims.
The jury needs to see the evidence.
The victims deserve justice.
The judge is very kind. Wen they asked pat to talk about the kids he stopped them, or any other very sensative topics …This man has been through ao much already.
