Why did Collins go in the first place? To go to a correspondence dinner with Trump as the MC is an endorsement of the program! This was not a brave act, it was a continuation of mainstream media being led by the nose by Trump and they think they are ‘doing their job’ when in actuality, they are not. TRUTH TO LIES AND LIARS is their job. She ask questions, but she does not call him out ON HIS LIES TO HIS FACE. Silence and non-answers can also be interpreted as GIVING IN. Jumping in the lion’s den voluntarily, and then getting attacked by the lion continuously is NOT STOICISM…IT IS STUPIDITY.
