An attorney for the family of Celeste Hernandez says they are “relieved” after a judge ruled there is enough evidence to move forward in the murder case against singer d4vd, who is accused of killing 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The 21-year-old singer, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder with special circumstances.

Charge her parents with something because they knew of their relationship the whole time and even signed off on letting him take her to london.

His parents knew everything their son was doing. Including having an affair with a 14 year old. Celeste parents tried everything to keep her away. They called the police.

@darm5323 Her family called the police 3 days later after the last time she disappeared. 3 days after she left that night he murdered her. Some loving parents she had.

Hold him accountable for the charges? Ya that’s not how the legal system works. There’s enough evidence to indict him on those charges. To hold someone accountable means they are the ones responsible for them aka guilty. Which I mean, good chance ya. But that only gets decided after the plea or trial

Him the parents and anyone of his friend that allowed the relationship to exist should be held accountable. Give them all the chair on public’s cable
