Opening statements in the trial against Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy began on Wednesday. They are all accused of the death of Julio Foolio, a Jacksonville rapper. The state claimed that the defendants had collected evil intentions and directed them into one common goal of premeditated murder. Lawyers also said that his murder was planned weeks before and happened when the rapper was in Tampa celebrating his birthday. They also played music videos from the defendant that reportedly talk about the shooting and death of Julio Foolio.
