Joanna transforms the Seed and Supply building on the Silos grounds into an herbarium – a beautiful workshop space for guests to enjoy her favorite new hobby – pressing and preserving flowers.

Known for her large-scale renovations, Joanna Gaines takes on a series of “mini” projects with quick timelines. In each episode, she makes a few intentional, creative additions to transform smaller spaces with big impact.

Because of your inspiration I’ve decided to use OSB plywood to finish my contiguous garage turned art studio with battens…I’ve completely remodeled the interior/exterior of my 1950’s home and I’m running low on funds. (Did I anticipate needing new plumbing, electrical or HVAC? Uh, no!) Thanks so much for giving us “permission” to make creative, practical decisions to make beautiful spaces.

What a great idea! ❤ You know, this would also be a great place to sell your honey too. I mean my goodness, flowers and bees go together like bread and butter! 😊❤

Having a collection of dried/pressed flowers from seasons gone is a lovely way to record the history of your garden over time. 🥀🌻🌿
