It is not about the Hormuz strait at all or even their nuclear ptogramme that is now destroyed, it is all about some factions inside iran power structure often with family and personal ties with those in power who have been trusted by the regieme in Iran and received oil in tankers from the government to sell by bypassing the sanctions, these people have grafually figured out over the recent years that while Iran is engaged in wars and busy ranting and shooting at his neighbouring countries, it cant audit them and put them under pressure to return the money the have made from oil revenue, it is estimated 4 to 7 billion dollars and is kept on freakin private accounts and these trustees do anything including pushing Iran into another war for stupid childish reasons to not return that revenue to the Iranian treasury,.
So at first it was their sick insistance on nuclear programme and keeping the weapons grade uranium they could have had, then they got bombed and now their uranium stash is under surveilance so they dropped that totally, hence no news on Irans nuclear programme on media outlets, and they picked up a new gimmick to cause turmoil and to push Iran into another war, these people are often relatives of key powerful individuals and have religous abd political power partially,.
So despite the government desparation for an Iran Deal, these corrupt people arrange personal threat against The orange Tramp at the White house and missiile tankers passing through other countries territorial waters,.
This is the core of all the contradiction in Iranians behaviour in the deal,.
And neither Trump nor his defence or state secretaries have political experience to understand and work this issue,. It is not one consolidated iranian regieme its a banana republic made of different groups with different often conflicting intrests,.
