Nearly 100 US service members have suffered some level of injury since July 7, the Pentagon said, as the United States and Iran exchanged another night of strikes.
A Pentagon spokesperson said most of the almost 100 injuries suffered by American troops were “minor concussions.”

Fake numbers. The DoD literally reports every soldier within 300 meters of any explosion as an automatic casualty and they go into essentially “concussion protocol” even though only 5-10% of those troops are actual casualties and the rest are returned back to duty in like 20 minutes. This is so they cant be sued. Media is then never updated on the actual casualty numbers, and even if they are, they don’t report it.
Also, wheres CNN report on 7500 iranian KIA troops and 28,000 injured? 4 months jnto the war and 20 reports on US troop casualties (the lowest in human history of any conflict ever by the way, literally no war in earth has had proportionally less casualties than the US has in this one, 18 KiA and 100 WIA is utterly laughable for a major war) but not a single report on iran’s casualties, despite being massive and having cost them the entire war and are losing badly. They lost on the 3rd day
