    personally, it doesnt look cheesy enough presentation-wise….
    id probably use a little more of each cheese than they did!

    I disagree with that brand of macaroni but if you don’t mind eating powdered bugs with your pasta then by all means enjoy. Also that’s 9 ingredients so far. If you minus the toasted breadcrumbs, Parmesan and oil it’s still 7

    Larousse gastronomique specifies just three ingredients. Cooked macaroni. 50-50 best alpine gruyere cheese and vintage parmigiano Reggiano, grated. That’s it. Mix the hot mac and the two cheeses in the pan. American ‘Cheese’ is anything but.
