    The head +the tong and the food of any birds are my favourite. But what I see here in street ‘market is they cook in black oil, looks like residual oil, that’s not OK….

    Long grain rice being more flavorful, is ridiculous. It’s in their heads. Jasmine rice has a flavor. However, the best rice, I’ve ever had is a short grain rice being grown in California.
