Christopher Horne Jr., who pleaded no contest to second-degree murder and three counts of attempted robbery in connection with Kayla Rincon-Miller’s death, is sentenced to 25 years in prison. Before being sentenced, Horne Jr. apologized to the victims and their families and accepted responsibility for his actions. Rincon-Miller was killed during a deadly robbery after a night at the movies with friends. Horne Jr.’s co-defendant, Thomas Stein, is scheduled to be sentenced on July 10. #CourtTV – What do YOU think?
